Our Annual Parish Heritage Pilgrimage, which has been a huge success for the past two years, is on Saturday 13th June. This year our plan is to journey to Mellifont both new and old abbey with an option to visit Monasterboice.

NorthWest University Concert Choir

We were treated to a great evening of musical prowess on Sunday May 17th at the 7pm Mass here in St. Brigids. The Northwest University Concert Choir from Washington State paid us a visit as part of their tour their musical tour of Ireland.

The choir was visiting Dublin as part of an 8-day tour to Ireland. There are 33 singers aged 18-24 and the director is Bill Owen. The choir sings a cappella. There is no need of any equipment or amplification.
