Holidays

There’ll be no newsletter for the next two weeks due to summer holidays. I’ll be taking the 2nd part of my holiday from Monday 8th until Friday 12th August. I’ll be back for the weekend Masses. To that end the Parish will celebrate the Liturgy of the Word for that week. The Dublin 15 area Mass will go ahead in Blanchard- stown on Monday 8th August at 7.30pm

Monday 1st August

This Monday is a Bank Holiday. Mass is at 11.00am.

There is no 7.30pm Evening Mass this day
Mass Intentions

Masses already booked for the Saturday evening at 7.00pm will now be said at the 6.00pm instead.

Mass intentions already booked for the 12 noon Mass on Sunday will be offered as part of the 10.30am Mass.

If these changes do not suit you and you wish to change the date or cancel the intention then please let the Sacristan know.

I apologise if this inconveniences anyone

Summer Months

As we enter into the summer holiday months of July and August, I pray for all parishioners who are heading away that they have an enjoyable holiday and refresh and re-energise themselves and return home safe.

All visitors to Blanchardstown are welcome to our parish.

For those of you who aren’t or who can’t holiday let’s hope and pray for lovely weather these two months.

Nice sunny weather always lifts the spirits!

Thank You

Our thanks go to all who have been involved our Liturgy of the Word this week —our leaders, readers and sacristans.

It was good to reflect on God’s Word together and to support one another in prayer.

We will continue to grow into this way of praying together as we learn to listen to the Word of God with open hearts and minds.
